I recognize that therapy expenses can feel overwhelming, so I work with a wide range of insurance providers to make mental health care more accessible. By being in-network with many trusted companies, I aim to ensure your benefits support your well-being and help lighten the financial load as you invest in yourself. Covering Therapy services with a Health Savings Account (HSA)

You’re welcome to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover the cost of therapy sessions. Because mental health services qualify as eligible expenses, you can simply pay with your HSA/FSA card or request a receipt from me if you prefer to submit it for reimbursement.

Requesting a Superbill

• Pay for your session at the time of your appointment.
• I’ll provide a superbill with all required information.
• Send the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement.
• Your insurance will reimburse you according to your plan’s benefits.
